Hi
In cell culture a term confluency is commonly used, i am confused with this term so i request you to please explain this term

Hey Aftab!,
confluency is a measure of the amount of growth of cell lines in a dish or flask.

100% confluency means the plate is covered completely with cells and they are touching one another.

50% confluency means that about 50% of the dish is covered by cells
