| Hello! dOES ANYBODY KNOWS HOW TO LYSE ERYTHROCYTES WITHOUT BREAKING THE LYMPOHOCYTES IN ORDER TO USE THOSE FOR INMUNOFLUORESCENCE. iT´S JUST THAT I CULTIVATE WHOLE BLOOD, AND AFTER THAT i NEED TO FIXATE THE CELLS JUST WITH METHANOL. iN THIS WAY i CANNOT TAKE OUT THE RED BLOOD CELLS SO, i THOUGH OF BREAKING THE RED BLOOS CELLS, WASHE THE PELLET, AND OBATIN JUST LYMPHOS, BUT THE AMOUNT OF THIS ONES I OBTAIN AFTER USING A SOLUCIÓN WITH AMONIUM, IS NOT ENOUEGH TY. |

| Hey Bocha, please confirm these but there is: Oxygen radical-induced erythrocyte hemolysis by neutrophils Neutrophils lyse erythrocytes by oxygen radicals Erythrocyte Lysis Solution is used to lyse red blood cells specifically The chemical component of ELS is ammonium chloride which serves to lyse red blood cells exclusively. If this is helpful, please post here back thanks ![]() |
