 amido black as substitute for trypan blue? Can anyone tell me if amido black (naphthalene blue black) is suitable for dye exclusion tests of lymphocyte cultures? We are hoping to discontinue use of 0.4% trypan blue solution as it is carcinogenic  , and have been supplied with amido black as a substitute. Does anyone have a protocol/recipe for amido black in this situation?  |
