 Chub S-7 Hello All My problem is with culturing human preadipocyte cell line, CHUB S-7. I have been trying to culture this cell with using antibiotic (pen/strep) and also without but been unsuccessful so far. The cells either get contaminate or just shrink and die.  There is also a distinctive smell when that happens. My colleagues suggest that I abandon working with CHUB S-7 becuase they are troublesome cell line and are unreaiable. Is there anyone with good or bad experience with CHUB S-7 ? Please help ?   |
