 Starving Cells Before Treatment of Drug I know before treatment of cells with a drug or activation ie insulin, it is common practise to starve cells of media before this is done. why is this done and how to do this properly. also how long (how many minutes or hours) do you starve your cells of media before you treat them with an agonist / activator / drug / hormone ? thanks in advance        |
