Default Retrovirus

Hi,
Bit confused about what exactly a retrovirus is and how you go about picking one to infect cells...Are there any good websites that provide a basic overview of what they are and how to pick'em? Thanks.

Default Re: Retrovirus

It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Can you elaborate more?

BTW, wikipedia has a nice description of what a retrovirus is.
