 T4 cells Dear all, There is a lab mate who culture T4 cells (2D culture), and he forgot coating the culture surface of flask by vitrogen, and the cells are not growing very well. What is the function of Vitrogen? Is there anyway for him to make up? Why do not we need vitrogen when we culture cells in 3D? Thanks.        |
