 Lymphocyte Cryopreservation?  Hello, i would like to know how to store an lymphocytes pellet after isloation with the Histopaque technique. Should i keep the pellets at -70 C for further DNA extraction or add PBS buffer to the Pellets and keep somewhere else? any other ideas? thanx        |
