| Hello, im currently working with this damn HEK 293 T cell line! its the worst it wont stick to the plate....has anyone had experience with this cell line and please post here what to do? thank you very much in advance |

| Hello there, HEK 293 is a difficult cell line. Have you tried fibronectin or some ECM substrate coated plates? Make sure you dont get the cells cold either they tend to drop off with less heat... Strategene makes AD-293 you guessed it more ADherent 293 cell lines... ![]() http://www.stratagene.com/manuals/240085.pdf However I think it is worth trying coated plates first. Good luck |
