cell synchronization

Hi
who can give me some advise regarding cell synchronization. I tried to synchronize my cells with a double thymidine block, but it didn´t work. Has anyone good synchronization protocols for cell cycle research. This would be helpful for me.

interesting, they didn't stop with the double thymidine block?

there are a few chemicals but I don't remember their names.... ill look
