Default Protocol book for immunofluorescence microscropy?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good protocol book for immunofluorescence
microscopy and immunohistochemistry? It seems like there aren't many
of that type.

Have you looked through the catalog from Molecular Probes? The older
catalogs used to be quite helpful though I have seen a new one since they
were acquired by Invitrogen.
