| Hi, I'm studying since few months apoptotic intracellular events in HeLa cells. In a previous Lab discussion someone asked me why HeLa cells are so frequently used as cellular model for apoptosis studies. It is obvious that, with Jurkat cells, Hela cell line is the most well documented model but I was unable to provide biochemical arguments. Does someone can help me? Thanks Sylvain |
