| Did you try calling up Amersham (now GE healthcare) and ask them to mail you the sequence file for pMOSblue which is sold by them. Hello, I am looking for nucleotide sequence of plasmid pMOSBlue. Have tried a few renowned internet databases, and in vain. Among others, I have been searching for the sequence at: [Only registered users see links. ] Can someone give me a hand where to find it or maybe you can tell me whether the pMOSBlue sequence is known yet. Thank you so much for any help you can offer. Kind regards from Poland. | Uzytkownik "Jayakumar, R" <[Only registered users see links. ]> napisal w wiadomosci news:[Only registered users see links. ] .net... Hello, Actually, that's what I did in the first place by e-mail. Still waiting for reply. Maybe that's a good idea to call them directly. I will do it. Do you think they have it sequenced or is it possible that they just have a restriction map, which I have managed to find on their web page...? Anyway, thanks for your suggestion. I shall try calling them. Regards, Ricardo |
