Did you try calling up Amersham (now GE healthcare) and ask them to mail
you the sequence file for pMOSblue which is sold by them.

I am looking for nucleotide sequence of plasmid pMOSBlue. Have tried a
few
renowned internet databases, and in vain. Among others, I have been
searching for the sequence at:

Can someone give me a hand where to find it or maybe you can tell me
whether
the pMOSBlue sequence is known yet. Thank you so much for any help you

Actually, that's what I did in the first place by e-mail. Still waiting for
reply. Maybe that's a good idea to call them directly. I will do it. Do you
think they have it sequenced or is it possible that they just have a
restriction map, which I have managed to find on their web page...?
Anyway, thanks for your suggestion. I shall try calling them.
