 help with choosing media please!! Hi all, Im just starting an Msc and I am dong alot of cell culture work. We need to mimic the conditions that the CHO cells are in when they are in a bioreactor. I am having trouble choosing media for it as everyone seems to choose differently in the papers that i have read. Does anyone know which media and supplements are most commonly used in industry? Thanks  |
