| Cell Biologist - Utah I am assisting to recruit a Cell Biologist for a client in Utah. Here is more information: A client of ours in Utah is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Cell Biologist. They are a public pharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel therapeutics for the treatment of osteoporosis, g.i. disorders, pain and other debilitating diseases and disorders. Position Criteria: Investigate the effects of full-length parathyroid hormone and peptides derived from PTH on bone cell turnover and function. Develop a broad knowledge of state-of the-art principles and theories on assigned projects. Designs, executes, analyzes, and interprets the results of laboratory experiments. Shares knowledge and trains others in area of expertise. Prepares and delivers verbal and written presentations before internal and external audiences when appropriate. Contributes to scientific literature and conferences as appropriate. Serves as in-house consultant and technical expert on cell proliferation and cell cycle regulation. May act as a spokesperson on corporate research and development and advise senior management. Job Qualifications: M.S. or Ph.D. in the life sciences with 2+ years experience in oncogenesis, cell proliferation and cell cycle regulation. Intimate knowledge and experimental skills in quantifying diverse aspects of cell cycle regulation, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and the factors that regulate those processes. Ability to work well in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through oral and written presentations. What do you think?
