culture plates for time dependent experiment

Hi,
I wish to look for a protein expression in granulosa cell using diiferent cytokines.I normally use a 6 well plate or 30mm dish for culture.Inorder to do a time dependent observation when we have to grow in many dishes to extract protein at different time periods,what will be the best or a good way(i mean the type of culture plate)to grow the cultures.I am not using a cell line,so the sample size is usually limited, say maybe upto 5-6 cc,which i normally use in 4 wells of a 6 well plate.Thank you.
