 Vybrant CFDA Cell Tracer (CFSE labelling) Hi there, I would like to label cells using Vybrant CFDA cell tracer kit (Molecular Probes) and subsequently do a FACS analysis. I am not sure if once the CFDA (also called CFSE) lyophilized powder is dissolved, it has to be used immediately or if it is possible to store aliquots at -20°C and re-thaw those. Has anyone tried that? Otherwise it would be such a waste because I never need more than 1 µl of the 10 mM stock solution... Thanks for your help. Pheebz        |
