Default Preparation Tips for Cell Trypsinization

Hey guys,
some tips for Cell Trypsinization:
  1. Aliquot Trypsin as too many freeze thaw cycles decreases its efficiency
  2. Wash cells prior to trypsinization with PBS as FBS inhibits its function.
  3. Keep water bath used to thaw frozen aliquots clean (its a bacterial growth culture!)
  4. Always wipe down thawed tubes placed in water bath with ethanol.
Please post more cell culture tips please!
