 Re: How to Do Suspension Cell Culture? I have done some work with non-adherent cells in the past. They are really easy as compared to adherent cell lines. Most commonly RPMI is used for the media 10% FBS and your normal additives. For splitting simply remove a portion of the suspended cells depending on your split, then centrifuge and suspend in a new flask.        |
