 Primary Culture Floating Cells Viability Hello everyone, I'm working on primary muscle cells and also C2C12 cells. I have a question: Does normal cell culture of these cells cause cells to cluster and float in the medium ? Are these cells dead or dying? Does anyone know quick methods of testing the viability of the cells other than using the standard trypan blue assays?  Thanks! Kiki        |
