 Cell Transfection Killing Cells Hello, I am transfecting 293 cells in 24-well plate with Lipofectamine2000 (Invitrogen). My problem is that after I add the DNA-Lipofectamine complex, in the some of the wells of the plate, the cells always die up to 10-30%. But in the wells, the cells always do not die. The DNA problem is ruled out as the DNA is added to all? Any ideas what the reason is and how to avoid this problem? Thanks        |
