Exclamation Co-transfection of Plasmids

Hello,

How can one co-transfect several constructs (to assess gene expression, functional tests etc) if most cells do not pick up the DNA? Especially if most cells do not have same uptake of the different plasmids (ie or cells express / are transfected differently for the different plasmids due to size, GC content etc)??

This is a weird one, please comment here.

Thanks
