| Hey Aftabac, the best method would be liquid Nitrogen freezing. Make sure that you have dry ice. You may need to optimize the freeze thawing steps ie will you need glycerol or DMSO for freezing? (prevent crystal formation to prevent cells from rupturing during freezing) Usually cells are frozen in aliquots quickly on dry ice. They are then labeled and stored in liquid nitrogen in boxes. | I normally use liquid nitrogen for my cell freezing.. it has so far worked without any problems.. Well i dont use dry ice but i freeze the cells with a gradual decline in temperature from 4 degrees to -80 degrees before it is placed in the liquid nitrogen.. best of luck
