Undifferentiation

Hi
is it possible that we undifferenciate a differenciated cell line by using specific chemicals, and then do differenciate into some other cell line
just like if we have HeLa Cell line and by use of specific chemicals we undifferenciate these cells and then differenciate them into osteoblasts cells or like this
