cDNA and RNA mix up We have stored samples at -80. However, there is no labeling to differentiate the cDNA from RNA. What's the easiest, simplest way to differentiate? |
Re: cDNA and RNA mix up I usually keep my cDNA in -20C and RNA in -80C, that's 1 way of separating them. No way to differentiate them by visualization, but maybe a proper labeling will be helpful. simply by labeling RNA with R-name of sample and cD-name of sample. |
