 DNA ligand binding Hello I am glad to join this forum.Actually I face some problems in my research work.I am working on DNA ligand binding by uv vis spectroscopy at room temperatures by different methods like Benesihildebrand methods or by applying Li crothers equation. [DNA]/(εa - εf) = [DNA]/(εb - εf) + 1/(K(εb - εf)) Do you know that how to find extinction coefficient of new ligands. or if anyone related to my work then hope you will help me regards THANKS  |
