Postdoctoral Positions Available Postodoctoral positions on systems biology on thermotaxis neural circuit are available immediately in Mori laboratory in Graduate School of Science, Division of Biological Science, Nagoya University, Japan. Understanding how brain functions during cognition, learning and memory is a fundamental question in neuroscience. Mori laboratory will challenge this issue by focusing on a simple neural circuit that regulates thermotaxis behavior in C. elegans. Successful candidates will be expected to join the Mori project team to work on conducting systematic optical imaging of neurons in the thermotaxis circuit or applying computational biology on the thermotaxis neural circuit to predict/generate thermotaxis behavior in silico, in order to ultimately propose a new concept for dynamics of neural circuit governing behavior. Candidates with interest in this project or wish to apply to the position are welcome to directly contact with Ikue Mori at [Only registered and activated users can see links.
