 analysis of microarray data I am feeling lost in all the different softwares and parameter that can be found in the net for microarray analysis and i was wondering if someone can reccomend me a user friendly software that could help me creating a picture of my data (like those green and red little boxes)?  |

| Re: analysis of microarray data Hi, If you want to only create only the green and red spots then you can download the software from the microarray manufacturers website. However if you want to downstream analyze then often you have to find a more powerfull software. |
