I have a dataset of an antifoluling paint experiment. I have 2 different paints called MTB and MBP with 3 different concentrations each. Each paint has two groups of painted plates; one is fiber and the other one is metal. And each painted plate group contains plates submersed in sea water at 3 different depths; 40 cm, 150 cm and 200 cm. And of course I have control plates for each concentration of the paints. And I sampled 4 species on the plates. So my data is something like this in an excel sheet as attached in a zip file. Which analysis do you suggest me to apply? The questions I want to answer are:
1. Do these two paints differ in effectivity?
2. Are there any differences depending on the depth in between and within 2 paint types?
3. Are there any differences between 2 different plate materials depending on the fouling activity?
