Default comparison of the frecuency of micronuclei induced by arsenic between genotypes

Hi! Please I need someone to help me out. I counted micronuclei on 1000 binucleated cells after exposure to arsenic, I need to evaluate if there is a difference between genotpyes for a folic acid enzyme, I only evaluated 2 individuals of each genotype. And I´ve got no idea of the test I need to use to see if there is some stadistical diference between them. Thank U!

kiki06 is right! you can do it in excel! A little caution! You need to have higher individuals evaluated. Higher the no. of individuals evaluated higher the degrees of freedom for t value and lesser the t value, more valid the interpretation!
