Default Disease Gene database

Our team is working on disease gene and drug databse. I would like you all to help me creating as many useful fields in that so that it will be useful for researchers and scientists. kindly help me by giving suggestions.

Here are some resources I've posted about before:

CTD: The Comparative Toxicogenomics Database
--> [Only registered users see links. ]
Another great reference/research tool:

The Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD) elucidates molecular mechanisms by which environmental chemicals affect human disease.
Chemical–gene/protein interactions and chemical– and gene–disease relationships are curated from the published literature, and integrated with diverse data (chemicals, genes/proteins, human diseases, references, sequences, vertebrate and invertebrate organisms, and the Gene Ontology) to facilitate environmental health research.

Discover:
1.Which human diseases are associated with a gene/protein?
2.Which human diseases are associated with a chemical?
3.Which genes/proteins interact with a chemical?
4.Which chemicals interact with a gene/protein?
5.Which references report a chemical–gene/protein interaction?
6.Which cellular functions (GO terms) are affected by a chemical?

Gene aliases and descriptions
Genomic location
Proteins
Protein Domains/Families
Gene Function
Pathways and Interactions
Drugs and Compounds
Transcripts
Expression in Human Tissues
Similar Genes in Other Organisms
Paralogs
SNPs/Variants
Disorders & Mutations
and more....
