| Hello all, I am quite new in this field and thinking to do small project on clustering on microarray dataset to get better understanding. I don't understand how to start. I found a dataset on this website: samsi.info/200304/dmml/web-internal/bio/data.html Could any one tell me the sequential steps for doing clustering and which software tools I should use. I am thinking of pcluster method suggested in dataming, but any other method would also be fine. Thanks |
