 GoMiner Dear member, I'm starting to work with GoMiner for GO clasification of my MS data, but I have a problem loading the GO term. It just time out the connection and it doesn't work. That's anybody know why and how can I solve this. Cheers  |

| Re: GoMiner Hi, Are you using a local database installation or a remote one? In any case, check that the connection parameters to the database are correct. For example, if you are using a local MySQL installation with the database called "gominer" the parameters should look something like: -d jdbc:mysql://localhost/gominer -j com.mysql.jdbc.Driver Regards, César.- |
