Exclamation Urgent issue!!!!: gene ID conversion tools

Greetings,

Does anybody know how to transfer from swine protein accession IDs (e.g UniProt etc) to Sus scrofa Affy IDs? I used to run DAVID to convert a list of different proteins (they have accession IDs from different sources and represent different species - human, mouse, bovibe and swine) to Sus Scrofa Affy IDs, however, I from my list with 30 proteins I only got four with porcine Affy IDs, and others had Affy IDs from human, mouse and bovine microarray data. So, there are two questions:
1. Is it possible to convert directly proteins accession IDs to porcine Affy IDs (details see above)?
2. Or, is it possible to transfer human (mouse, bovine) Affy IDs to porcine Affy IDs?

This is an urgent issue and I'll appreciate any quick reply.
