Default Zeta Potential

Dear users,

Is there some program to calculate the zeta potential or streaming potential
of protein molecules ( PDB files)

Is there some program to calculate the dipole moment of protein molecules(PDB files) at
different PH values?

Thanks for your help.

Sincerely
