 Flourescently labeled myofibrils Hi, I have been trying to label myofibrils with pyrene according to Taylor's paper from '91 but the data is not what we are looking for ...any other ideas as to how we can either > change labeling method for pyrene and myofibril or > change to another dye in instead of pyrene? open to all suggestions..  |
