| I have a question, I have searched the net endlessly for the answer but can not find anything. I am a Sophomore Biology Major and am currently taking a Microbiology class. What is it about the structure of white blood cells that allows them to retain crystal violet and therefor be characterized as Gram-positive> I have seen that white blood cells can be gram-positive and squamous epithelial cells can be gram negative. I need to know this for a test question. Thanks in advance. |
