Inihibition zones
 
Hi guys,
do you ever done MIC or microbiological assays of an antibiotic?
How do you read the inhibition zones? (I have to read the zones with a 0,1mm of accuracy limit..)

Manually doing it, would be ... have you seen size 0.1mm lately? Its so small!
