Lowest volume in Micropipette is .2 ul, I wish to perform the following calculation
 
Now I have a falcon tube that hold 500 ul of blocking solution and I wish to add antibody to that. I don't know how much but I do know I must perform a 1:5000 dilution. So I did the calculation I arrived to .1 ul, that would be how many antibody I would add to 500 ul of blocking solution. However the micropipette's lowest value is .2 ul. So what do I do now? Is a simple way to obtain what I need?

You can do a serial dilution.

I would go with a 10x dilution first step, and then a 500x dilution for the second. So for your situation take 9 microliters of blocking buffer and add 1 microliter of antibody. From this new solution you need to add 1 microliter to 499 microliters of blocking buffer. Your final tube will contain 1/5000 dilution of the antibody in your blocking buffer.
