Default Sample preparation for SDS-PAGE



I normally boil my protein samples for 10 min at 95oC after addition of reducing buffer and DDT, however I forgot about them and they were incubated for 40 minutes - can these still be used? Samples were recombinant enzyme and a biotin-labelled irreversible inhibitor.
