| hi everybody !! i'm working on fusobacterium nucleatum pathogen. i inject it to tail vein of mouse. i want to culture this bacteria on blood sheep agar plates taken from colon tissue of mice. my problem is that inspite of that i had put thaimphenicol antibiotics on the agar plates , some bacterial species (resistent) have grow up there . i will be glad if someone have an idea how to eliminate the growing of such species so i can see if only fusobacteria is there ? |
