Bicine Buffer Gradient

I am using an automated liquid handler and want to formulate a buffer gradient.
The software module has the ability to take the buffer's pKa and formulate a desired target pH at a desired volume from a typical conjugate acid reservoir and conjugate base reservoir.
This works great for Tris etc

But I want to work with bicine and piperidine for their biochemical range - I am struggling to work out how to prepare the 2 reservoirs for the robot to mix the components - any one have any suggestions ?

I only want a pH range 1 unit above and below the pKa

Thanks for any help you can give me
