 Bacterial cell disruption by using Lysozyme is failed! Hi all, I am going to extract RNA by using RNasy Midi kit,QIAGEN from a pseudomonas. The problem is that after adding TE buffer containing Lysozyme and centrifuge, there is no jelly pellet! While it is too viscose. I tried to: 1- Dilute the solution a bit 2- increasing the time and g force 3- Taking less starting material But still I get no pellet! I have done it once two days ago and got the pellet but not now! after destroying some samples! Thank you in advance Student1  |
