second band on top of the free DNA template in EMSA

Hello everybody

I performed an EMSA assay in which I used as a negative control only labeled DNA template not incubated with nuclear extract. The second sample has been incubated with nuclear extract of HeLa cells.
I can see two bands in my negative control, but can´t see is in my sample. Does anybody know what my second band is?
