Cancer cell lines in culture
 

Did anyone ever experience the (al least partial) change of the genetic profile of a cancer cell line in culture after long time?? :confused: For example, in response to your treatment you detect, for months, the overexpression of certain genes at a mRNA and protein level and suddenly, in response to the same treatment you start to detect the down-regulation of the same genes :confused:
