Maldi-tof ms Recently i have started using TFA inactivation method to identify Cronobacter isolates as prescribed by many authors. however i have one problem with this method. my sample do not stay on the spot and tend to move from one spot to another if i don't hold it with pipette till it is dried and it could be due to Hydrophilicity . do you have any solution, or correction. i have strictly followed protocol from Bruker daltonics. thank you jambay dorji |
Re: Maldi-tof ms DiART ( www.protein2.com ), Deuterium Isobaric Amine Reactive isobaric Tags which share the amine-reactive chemistry used by iTRAQ and TMT that synthesize amine-derivatized peptides from protein digests. The innovative advantages: 1) DiART-labeled peptides are chromatographically identical. 2) Have much stronger low-mass reporter ions than that of iTRAQ abd TMT. 3) Low price, at least 50% lower than iTRAQ and TMT |
