 gel purification hiii frens I am tryning to purify my desired amplicon (size 885 bp) from gel. I am using qiaquick gel extraction kit for this,but not getting good yeil and good 260/280 ratio when i analyse my sample on nanodrop after purification i want to use this sample for in vitro transcription.  |
