band appear in Control negative
 

Hello,
Is any one with solution to my problem? pls help! My PCR negative control is always giving a band on gel gel all the caution to prevent contamination has been observed including sterilisation of pipette and changing all the reagents ie mastermix, primer and water but still the problem persist. pls assist,.
