Milk DNA extraction high 230,280nm

I am doing Cow milk DNA study, I use CTAB, pehol-chlorm extraction,freezing cool ethanol extraction pellet twice. air dry, and dissolve in TE, but UV reading
read UV230 and 280 is as high as UV260, any body has good suggestion??

Sounds like phenol contamination in your prep (don't like using phenol-chloro extractions for that reason). In this case running a gel with a standard would probably give you a better understanding of the quantity and quality of your DNA.
